Due to the pandemic therapy has had to adapt from face to face to online & phone.  I currently have clients accessing support via MS Teams & Zoom wherever they are in the UK or Internationally. 
Face to Face is available - adequate ventilation, social distance seating and access to handwashing facilities, Wearing of masks are optional for clients. Being vaccinated is your choice and this will not interfere with therapy.

Anxiety

What is anxiety?


Taking a bad past experience throwing into the future recreating it into a new shape or form,


Everyone can have anxiety disorders throughout various stages of their life whether it be sitting an exam, being observed at work, fear of the uncontrollable outcome. some can be more prominent such as phobias, PTSD, social anxiety, agoraphobia


Using a person-centred approach as everyone has different symptoms and presenting issues. using a CBT approach can be useful to help apply and make some practical changes, whilst using a CBT approach it is important to understand what is going on within the thinking which alters the feeling which in turn changes the behaviour. Quite often anxiety brings negative thoughts as it is important to explore what evidence supports the negative thought. These can also be Learned from past child behaviours so looking back at the past is also key here. 

However using Using Unconscious Mind processes we can find the trigger of anxiety and address the emotion and feelings. It is within the unconscious feelings and emotions that is overriding the thought process. 

Using unconscious mind therapy this is a process of change or recovery.
